Week 1: Water Source Survey

Survey and documentation of water supply facilities in the community.

Week 3: Water Quality Monitoring

Tested water quality at treatment plants and surrounding areas.

Week 4: Water Testing

Collected samples from taps, wells, and handpumps using kits to check for cleanliness and contamination.

Week 5: Teaching Clean Water Methods

Awareness sessions on purification methods like boiling, SODIS, and filtering techniques.

Week 6: Hygiene and Storage

Emphasized clean storage and hygiene habits to maintain water quality at home.

Conclusion

Access to safe drinking water is not enough. Communities must ensure ongoing water cleanliness through testing, storage, and hygiene. These practices prevent disease and promote sustainable health and well-being.
