  • Majority of households rely on borewells and public taps for drinking water.
  • About 40% of surveyed water sources showed signs of contamination.
  • Less than half of respondents regularly test their water quality.
  • Awareness of purification methods is moderate but improving.
  • Community interest in water safety workshops is high.
