Week 3: Water Quality Monitoring
• In Day1 Today we went to Padmavathi centre to make a observation on water supply in that Area most of the people depends on tap water.
• In Day 2 we visited the same and we communicated with the people about the access of the water and the time of the water. After we talk with user’s we came to know that they are using tap water they get water for 1 hour in both morning and evening. • In Day 3 Again we visited the same locality and we continued our survey in remaining houses we observed that the tap water not pure. • In Day 4 Again, we visited the other areas and we interviewed some of the users we observed that some of the users are getting water day-by-day. • In Day 5 We Served about how far is the nearest source of safe drinking water from their home we observed that most of the resources are less than one Kilometer. • In Day 6 We visited other area and we survey the people about water diseases. We observed that some of the people suffering with water diseases in that area like cold, cough.
Tested water quality at treatment plants and surrounding areas. The team used water testing kits to check for contaminants and ensure safety standards.
